And I'm just left here wishing

I've had my birthday a couple of days back, and it got me thinking. What is that I want? Well, mostly, the answers been cake, and the ability to eat it without taking in the amount of calories. Sadly, we're not there (yet?)
However, I've been saving up screenshots, that I take across Azeroth for items that seem to be appearing on npc's, but have yet to be worn, or found, for us players to wear. I thought it would make a nice sum-up for a WoW outfit - wishlist. Maybe someday..

Fishnets..
Perhaps a cute little bow? (Female panda *squeel*)
Blue/yellow nemesis set..
How awesome are the colours on that belt?
Purple/pink version of the TBC model staff..
White version of a sleeveless weddingdress

A playsuit..
Demonic looking wings on shoulders..

Orange Marmalade

The baneling pet tends to roll after you occasionally, and also
burrows into the ground randomly
Patch 5.2 is out, and so is Heart of the Swarm, the new starcraft expansion! One that goes along with collectors edition, including a cute Baneling pet! It has a burrow spell and a Baneling Bust as a final attack in pet battles. Soon I'll be leveling that little fellow up to 25 aswell.
Anyhow, about this transmog, I've gotten quite a bit of compliments, and that was really nice, since I thought this set was sort off a risk. I like how the pieces fit together, I've been eyeing the
Kilt of the Forgotten One for a long time, so when it finally dropped, I really wanted to wear it. I made a set around it. It's sort off like orange marmalade, how all the pieces of an orange come together in one big pot of jelly, and the colours are beautiful. I also love how it matches the haircolour of bloodelves perfectly, so that was a bonus :-)
And yes, I have been playing my monk in raids, suprise, I rerolled again!
I still, will, however be making transmog sets for clothies, since my dear warlock is not forgotten.

Items used on my Orange Marmalade set :

Weapon: Staff of the Plague Beast
Alternatives You can go for a different pair of boots in this colour, the Expedition set provides for boots in this colour that will fit underneath the kilt. If the Expedition pieces arent on the auction house, you can look up the Dragonhawk belt or boots.

Florals? For spring? Groundbreaking

What other pet to use than a sunflower?
It's already February and hopefully we'll see some snow fadeing when the lovely springsunshine makes an appearance. Don't get me wrong, I love the winter, I love the snow and the trouble that comes with it (ok maybe not the snowplough at 4 in the evening) It's more the darkness that really starts to bug me later on, after Christmas is over, the lights fade and it's sort off depressing.
However, when I know that spring is incoming, it is a sweet consolation that I'll be able to see everything becoming green again.

I've worn this cheerful transmog set on my monk for a while now, it just simply makes me happy when I look at it. I do have alot of new ideas for mainly leather transmogs, so perhaps that is something to look forward to if you happen to be interested in leather transmog sets.

Items used on my flowery spring leather set :

The weapon has an added effect, the leafs fall and flowers grow and fade.
Just like the seasons :-)
Weapon : Draenic Staff (has always been a favorite, I finally took the time to farm it)

Alternatives and added info : I used Scorpashi Leggings mainly so that the open sides of the robe are covered underneath with a matching colour. If you don't like sandals, you can also go for a barefoot look using Sandstalker Ankleguards. With a little bit of luck, for a headpiece, I'd wear a Cover of the Keepers, or its yellow variant : Unwavering Stare.

Request-a-mog : 'Bulwarked' - Pandaren plate/warrior set

It has been a while since I've posted, I've had this mog ready to show for a while, but I just couldnt get to it. Noiranda came to me with the request if I could make a mog that would go well with the Bulwark of Azzinoth. Truth be told, I have a secret admiration for this item, eventhough it doesnt fit my purple and pink needs in a mog item. He wanted something more special than the tier 6 warrior set, which matches the shield quite well, but it isnt really original. I like that this set seems less grim, and more of a noble and bright transmog set - as opposed to the darkness of tier 6. Fits the personality of Pandaren quite well I think.  I made this set specifically for a Panda Female, but feel free to try it out and see how well it does for a male character.

I went and looked around for shoulders first, something that would match the colours of the shield specifically and would look just as tough as the shield does. I wanted the Warlord shoulder model/colourscheme, but since that isnt really available anymore, I found a great alternative (that is easily farmed aswell)
So without further ado, I present you the Bulwarked - warrior set.

Items used on the mog :

Weapons : Since Bulwark of Azzinoth is quite big, I suggest using a sword that wouldnt take alot away from the original colours - Though, I really like how Gleaming Quel'Serrar looks here, since it has its own glow but the pattern on the sword looks quite nice.
The gloves have a little bright blue dot on the side, which isnt visible on the picture shown, but it goes quite well with the brightness on the chestplate.

Alternatives
: I had different leggings (Arcurion Legguards) a and a different chestpiece (Breastplate of Kings) in mind at first, but since the availability of the items is questionable - I went with a different chestpiece, and Noiranda was able to come up with a different legpiece.

A small update

My dear readers, I deeply apologize for not having posted for so long. I've had to deal with a bunch of things lately. In short, I no longer raid anymore, I've started to seriously think about my future (studies), so my interest in WoW has gone down to zero. However, I still enjoy making sets for people who make requests, and when the time is right, I'll go on the hunt for new sets.  I still have some sets awaiting to be shown on my blog.

I hope you had a lovely new year and I'll be back to you soon enough.
